ABOUT

Let’s be honest: somewhere between the school pickup line, the group text, and forgetting why you walked into the kitchen, your brain started sending out little “help wanted” signs. I’ve watched the same thing happen with friends and clients — that fuzzy, forgetful, “wait, what was I saying?” feeling showing up way earlier than anyone expected. Brain strain doesn’t send a save-the-date, so I’ve made it my job to catch it early and actually do something about it.

Here’s what I bring that most practitioners don’t: I’m a health translator. Your doctor might tell you your labs are “normal,” but normal isn’t the same as optimal, and there’s often a key marker nobody thought to mention, or a test nobody thought to order. I dig into what’s actually being stressed in your body and hand you clear, doable steps to help it recover — no medical jargon, no guesswork.

With a Master’s from DePaul and a Master’s in Chinese Medicine, plus 25 years working with real people and their real health puzzles, I’ve built a reputation as a health consultant, speaker, and author who makes complicated science click. Expect straight answers and candid real talk, not medical jargon or runaround.
